2026 All-Community Retreat Registration

Welcome to the Retreat Registration! We are so glad you can join us!

This form includes the options for Saturday-only and 3-day registration with many lodging options. We will be staying in the Emerald Mountain Lodge at the YMCA of the Rockies!

This form will register one person at a time. If you are registering a family or couple, you will fill out this form for each person, even if only one person buys the room. All kids must be registered, even babies, per YMCA policy. Let us know if you have questions.

Roommate-seekers: You must identify and confirm all of your roommate(s) before you register on this form. Please have all roommates register within three days of each so we can assign you a room expeditiously. Roommates cannot be easily modified after a purchase is made. Each room must contain at least one adult over 18. Lodge rooms must be booked by June 28th, and Saturday-only tickets can be purchased until August 1. These reservations are not refundable per YMCA policy. You will receive information to purchase private travel insurance. “Acts of God” such as wildfires and emergency closures automatically cancel your booking, without any additional travel insurance. Smoky conditions alone do not cancel your booking. Pets are not allowed in the Emerald Mountain Lodge and meeting rooms or cafeteria.

Part 2: Buy a Retreat Ticket

All tickets include meal costs. Three-day tickets include five meals (dinner on Friday through breakfast on Sunday). Saturday-only tickets include Lunch and Dinner on Saturday. You may purchase extra meals at the Y at the same cost. Meals are accessible for a wide array of needs, and include gluten-free, kid-friendly, and vegetarian/vegan options.

Part 3: Purchase Lodging

Sleeping rooms at the YMCA of the Rockies, our host, are all the same: Two queen size beds and one floor mat are provided. Each room has a shower tub with 10” edge, toilet, and sink with towels and very basic toiletries. (Description here: https://www.ymcarockies.org/stay/lodge-rooms)

Lodging Options, Select the correct one for you. For adults sharing the cost of a room, choose split cost. For parenting adults or couple, choose one room, two nights. When entering for spouse or children, choose someone else paid.
